Into the Water: Long Lake Bridal Editorial

All the mild Nova Scotia winter days have me dreaming of this gorgeous Long Lake bridal editorial I was elated to create a gown for a couple seasons back. The lush blue waters, have my heart yearning for the hug of summers embrace – and the absolutely elegant florals by Barefoot Blooms alongside a woodland backdrop take this entire shoot into a whole new fairytale. Vivid and striking, I feel like I could step into each and every one of Tanya Canam Photography’s captures. The Cyrena Gown I designed is handmade using sheer organza and delicate floral embroideries to truly encompass the ethereal beauty of the environment. The organza’s ability repel water is perfect for the bride who would love a beach wedding - or to have the ability to float into the water like a mermaid. Airy tulle ribbons flow from each shoulder to catch the soft breeze. To pair with this graceful gown, I created a precious floral hairpiece and adorned model Ashley with our Budding Branch Studs with diamond simulants and south sea shell pearls; tying in the beautiful forest-meets-sea surroundings into a whimsical narrative. Check out the stunning shoot below, and for more of my accessories, visit my shop!
